Back extension - Sandbach, Cheshire

My clients' brief was to bring in as much light into their 4-bedroom property and to maximise the ground floor space to better fit the needs of their young family. The property sits in spacious grounds in the countryside surrounding Sandbach in Cheshire. By removing the existing conservatory and adding a back extension that straddles the entire length of the house, we have reconfigured the ground floor layout to better link the existing living spaces together. Skylights and large window seats looking into the garden flood the space with natural light.
